Some of the biggest ethical challenges that organizations face in business globally include cultural differences, difficulty of communication, political risks, foreign laws, corruption, working style, lifestyle and code of conduct. Foreign government considerations should be well analyzed before thinking of extending globally. This should be done to make a smooth way for currency exchanges, procurement of raw materials and other resources, immigration, employment laws, supply chain and gathering the reserves for future.
Corruption is one of the major concerns when organizations want to set up their business globally. Government support is very much needed when an organization plans to extend internationally as their part is much needed in licenses, approvals and legal laws which should be followed. Integration of business with existing local standards will help the business grow locally.
