For this discussion, you will take the complaint letter that you wrote for Homework #3, and paste it in your discussion.  Then underneath that, you will change roles and become a representative for the company.  You’ll reply to the complaint letter and try to create a positive outcome for both you and the customer.

What is that outcome?  It’s not necessarily to just give the customer everything that he or she asked for.  Remember, you work for the company fielding the complaint.  While the customer wrote a persuasive letter, you must persuasively write back.  You must both satisfy your company AND satisfy the customer.
